We know this very well in kumaon culture and can't forget his contribution to spread the songs and sounds in throught vally of Uttrakhand. But regret till the time no community and Govt. has recognised his contribution and no award or trophy were presented. This is sahmeful for all of us. There is no oversaying in regard. The untimely dealth of Goswami has left the folk music of UK specially kumaoni in lurch. There are many newcomers who wish to emulate Goswami ji but nobody could come near to Goswami ji so far. Goswami ji voice was godgift. Though, he is not amognst us today but his voice will remain immortal.
